Sharon Hollenbeck
Sharon Hollenbeck serves as Patient Advocate Foundation’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for leading the organization’s best-in-class security, infrastructure, enterprise development, and data strategy. During her tenure at PAF, she has implemented a service-first strategy to make technology more accessible and effective, successfully transitioned the organization to a dynamic cloud-forward environment, and effected an enhanced security footprint including leading the organization to achieve SOC 2 compliance, demonstrating strong data security and privacy practices. She leads a team responsible for overseeing the IT development for the organization’s extensive direct patient services programs.
Sharon has over 40 years of experience in the fields of infrastructure and security. Prior to Patient Advocate Foundation, she acted as regional director of information technology for Xanterra Parks and Resorts overseeing east coast and midwest technical operations and as information technology director with Kingsmill Resort, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anheuser Busch.
