Beth Moore
Beth Moore has been a leader at Patient Advocate Foundation since joining the organization in 2000, serving in a variety of executive roles that have driven significant growth in patient programs, strategic partnerships, communications, and organizational infrastructure.
She currently serves as Chief Impact Officer where she is responsible for defining, measuring, and driving the organization’s impact on patients’ ability to navigate, access, and afford care, and in achieving broader improvements to the healthcare system. Beth ensures that Patient Advocate Foundation’s programs effectively deliver measurable outcomes–using data, strategy, and partnerships to maximize results and communicate impact to stakeholders.
Throughout her tenure, Beth has held several senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications, Executive Vice President of Program Strategy, and President of Mission Delivery. In these roles, she led the development and implementation of innovative patient support programs, directed multi-year federal grants and cooperative agreements as Principal Investigator, oversaw national service delivery operations, managed key stakeholder and donor relationships, guided strategic communications that highlighted PAF’s impact on patients and families nationwide, and served as a respected national thought leader and collaborator advancing patient-centered healthcare solutions.
Beth also leads PAF’s annual Patient Data Analysis Report, serving as Senior Editor and Principal Writer. For more than 20 years, the report has provided policymakers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders with data-driven insights into national, state-level, and population-specific healthcare access and insurance trends, drawing on patient experiences captured through PAF’s service delivery programs. She has also co-authored multiple educational publications focused on disability benefits, healthcare access, and patient navigation.
Earlier in her career at PAF, Beth served as Media Liaison and Coordinator, securing national media coverage for the organization in outlets including The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Reader’s Digest, Family Circle, and major broadcast programs on ABC, CBS, and CNN.
With more than 25 years of experience advancing patient-centered healthcare solutions, Beth continues to play a key role in shaping PAF’s strategy, impact measurement, and advocacy efforts on behalf of patients and families across the country.
