If your current grant is about to expire or run out before July 1, 2026
If your current grant expires or you want to apply for additional benefits before July 1, 2026, we encourage you to apply for additional funding through either legacy organization.
Which portals to use now and after July 1, 2026
To manage your current grant, continue to use the same contact/call center, portal, and process at this time. Beginning July 1, 2026, new grants will be through the TotalAssist program.
What this means for current grant recipients
If you are currently receiving financial assistance from either Patient Advocate Foundation or the PAN Foundation, there is no immediate change to your care or services.
