Dr. Winn is the Director and Lipman Chair in Oncology, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Massey Cancer Center, Senior associate dean for cancer innovation and professor of pulmonary disease and critical care medicine, VCU School of Medicine, Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Winn is nationally recognized for his community engagement efforts in promoting new approaches to building trust among those populations and communities previously disenfranchised from healthcare or excluded in research.
