Which portals to use now and after July 1, 2026

To manage your current grant, please visit your original organization and continue to use the same contact/call center, portal, and process at this time.

Beginning July 1, 2026, all new grants will be through the TotalAssist program.

Please note: integration efforts are ongoing. We will be communicating more details about portal and process updates well in advance. We will reach out to provide clear and helpful guidance to our community of patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and nonprofit partners.
