If your current grant is about to expire or run out before July 1, 2026

If your current grant expires and you want to renew, or you want to apply for additional benefits before July 1, 2026, we encourage you to renew your grant following the usual process through your legacy organization:

• Patient Advocate Foundation’s Co-Pay Relief Program
• PAN Foundation: Find a disease fund

The assistance amounts listed through each legacy organization will not change before July 1, 2026. Even after the transition to TotalAssist, your current grant funds will continue to be fulfilled for your entire 12-month eligibility period.

Additionally, fund eligibility criteria will not change before July 1, 2026. When TotalAssist is launched on July 1, 2026, fund eligibility may change with patient access in mind.
